As a biologist and sustainability specialist with over 7 years of expertise in luxury fashion and lifestyle products, I know that sustainability is the bridge between creative economy and the sciences. I'm committed to amplifying this narrative through actionable programs at CSFDG.

Kaylia Couturier Program

Precision. Patience. Quality.

The Kaylia Couturier Program, designed by The Kaylia Group, is CSFDG's flagship initiative — teaching high-quality sewing and pattern-making skills, particularly to women. The program begins in Grenada, chosen due to the personal connection of the organization's founder. This initiative will help break down social and cultural barriers on the island, creating opportunities for local talent to gain exposure and develop their skills.

Our
Story

Why Now?

Nestled in the embrace of the Caribbean, Grenada is classified as a Small Island Developing State (SIDS) by the United Nations. Its beauty is intertwined with the vulnerability to climate change. Rising sea levels, intensified hurricanes, and shifting weather patterns pose real threats.

At CSFDG, we believe in harnessing the power of the creative economy to shape a different story. Through art, architecture, fashion, and overall sustainable design, we weave a narrative of awareness and resilience, nurturing a community that not only adapts to climate challenges but actively advocates for change.

Join us on this journey where creativity becomes a catalyst for building climate resilience in the heart of the Caribbean.
